We updated the Open Payroll Customer Terms and the documents they incorporate — the Data Protection Addendum, Support Policy, Service Levels and Subprocessor List — to cover upcoming releases for tax documents and employer outreach, to address customers that are consumer reporting agencies, and to describe how fees work for requests submitted through or delivered into third-party platforms, point-of-sale systems and loan origination systems. We also updated our consumer-facing documents, including the Consumer Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Messaging Policy, and retired the separate CCPA Notice, whose state-law disclosures now sit within the Privacy Notice.
