# API enhancements

> Employments: A new way to filter identities, paystubs, and payroll documents.

Today we’re introducing a new API endpoint called [employments](https://docs.argyle.com/api-reference/employments).

This endpoint returns all individual employments associated with a user. The IDs of these employments can be used to filter the following Argyle data sets:

* [Identities](https://docs.argyle.com/api-reference/identities#list)
* [Paystubs](https://docs.argyle.com/api-reference/paystubs#list)
* [Payroll Documents](https://docs.argyle.com/api-reference/payroll-documents#list)
