# API enhancements

> New data fields added to payouts endpoint.

New data fields have been added to the [payouts endpoint](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/api-reference/payouts):

* `gross_pay_list` — an itemized breakdown of gross pay line items
* `gross_pay_list_totals` — categorized gross pay, broken down into five categories: `base`, `overtime`, `bonus`, `commission`, `other`
* Five new year-to-date fields:
  * `hours_ytd`
  * `deductions_ytd`
  * `taxes_ytd`
  * `deduction_list.amount_ytd`
  * `tax_list.amount_ytd`

Additionally, `card_name` is now an optional parameter when [encrypting DDS Configs](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/api-reference/dds-configurations#encrypt).
