# API enhancements

> New data fields are now available in the employments and payouts endpoints.

The following fields have been added to the [employments endpoint](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/api-reference/employments):

* `base_pay.amount`
* `base_pay.period`
* `base_pay.currency`
* `pay_cycle`
* `platforms_ids.employee_id`
* `platforms_ids.position_id`
* `platforms_ids.platform_user_id`

Two new fields have also been added to the [payouts endpoint](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/api-reference/payouts):

* `payout_period.start_date`
* `payout_period.end_date`
