Control Link UI when outside elements are selected.

A new [Global UI Setting](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/guides/argyle-link/customize#global-ui-settings) — "Close on outside click" — has been added that controls Link's behavior when users click outside of Link's UI element (Web only).
