# API enhancements

Introducing a new Link Items endpoint.

A new [Link Items endpoint](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/api-reference/link-items) has been added. The endpoint lists information about Items (the employers and payroll providers that users can select in Link), such as the Item's [health status](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/api-reference/link-items#object-status) and [type](https://argyle.com/docs/legacy/api-reference/link-items#object-type).
